Introduction

Social Deal “Operation Enterprise” is an innovative serious game that introduces young people to entrepreneurship through play. It helps learners develop key skills such as problem-solving, financial literacy, critical thinking, and teamwork while exploring how businesses create social impact. It encouraged learners to reflect on the impact of different choices within a community context.

Social Deal is a storytelling card game by Socialudo, a Scottish social enterprise using serious games to drive positive change. Players develop a social enterprise idea, draft business plans, and compete for funding to bring their vision to life. 

Game Objectives 

Develop a business plan by selecting cards from different categories. 
Pitch and justify business ideas. 
Compete for funding to launch the enterprise.
